A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

The Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Coordinating Council (EDCC) have hired Smart Growth Economics, LLC, based in Cambridge, MA, to conduct a city-wide housing study. As one of the largest Chambers in New England, the number one concern of our 2,000+ members is access to and retention of a skilled workforce. As a Chamber, we are engaged with the needs of our members in the region and understand the importance of having data-driven information that will drive policy in Central Massachusetts to create more market rate, workforce, and affordable housing.

The Chamber is conducting this survey to gather information that will be helpful in making the City of Worcester and the region, a more attractive place to work, visit, and live. To maintain a strong regional economy, it is important that people have options to live where they work. Your input will help us make the city a better place for everyone.

You have received this survey because you are currently a resident of Worcester or your employer is a member of the Worcester Regional Chamber. This optional survey will take less than 15 minutes of your time, your responses will remain anonymous, and you will not be placed on a mailing list. The survey will close on June 14, 2019.

Please click here if you’d like to participate. Additional information about the survey and its goals will appear before you begin.

Sincerely,

Timothy P. Murray
