Worcester Economic Club
For more than a century the Worcester Economic Club has been recognized as one of the nation’s foremost clubs offering a public forum to discuss the leading economic issues of the day. The club is dedicated to the “free discussion of such economic, civic, sociological subjects as may be of general interest.“
The club is comprised of executives from finance, accounting, banking, insurance, manufacturing, higher ed, healthcare, and community services, just to name a few.
The Worcester Economic Club has announced its 2015-16 program season which begins on October 1 with John Maguire, CEO of Friendly’s Ice Cream. The meeting will be held at Hogan Center, College of the Holy Cross, beginning with a reception at 5:30pm following by dinner and the speaking program at 6:30 pm.

November 12, 2015 – Richard B. Hoey, Chief Economist at BNY Mellon and The Dreyfus Group
April 12, 2016 – Nina Easton, Editor-At-Large at FORTUNE and Fox New “All-Star” panelist
May 18, 2016 – Ron Insana, contributor to CNBC and MSNBC
