First, login with your username and password to your ChamberMaster account. Then you can start adding your business information right away. Yep, it’s that easy.

WHAT TO ADD
On the left-hand side of your account page there are expandable boxes – including “Personal Information,” “Company Information,” “Hot Deals,” “News Releases,” and “Job Postings” to suit some of your business promotional needs.
In addition, you’ll be making Emily Gowdey-Backus, our director of communications, very happy by adding your LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter handles under Company-Website InformationSocial Network Services.
Everyone loves a good networking event, especially when they know about it ahead of time. Give ample planning opportunity by listing your event in our ChamberMaster calendar. On your account homepage, click the third box from the left, “Events,” and hit “Add Event.”
Ensure each of your employees knows the fullest extent of their benefits by working for a Chamber member organization. Add their names and contact information under Company-Employees.
Some of the Chamber’s programming is tailored to women or minority-owned businesses. If applicable, be sure to identify as such in your account so we know to contact you when such events occur.
WHY IT’S IMPORTANT
An updated member account also ensures that you, and your staff, receive accurate member pricing when registering for one of the Chamber’s 200-plus annual programs and events.
CUSTOMIZABLE AND UPGRADABLE LISTING
Your online listing is also upgradable and customizable through the Chamber’s enhanced listing offering. This service allows you to add keywords, a logo, graphics, and a more robust description of your business.
For an additional $150 per year, you can market your business to consumers visiting the Chamber website by enhancing your online listing with pictures, text, and keywords to help consumers find your business when searching the Chamber’s website.
Analytics for these searches, as well as advertisements on the Chamber’s homepage, are available.
Your listing will stand out from the crowd with a logo, a slideshow of additional photos, a 200-character description in search results, an expanded description of 1,600 characters and five bullet points, a website link on search results plus two additional links, keywords that give you top ranking in visitor searches, and priority placement at the top of the result list.
Upgraded memberships automatically include an enhanced listing and many other benefits including complimentary admission to selected events.
By logging into your account, you can view and pay your Chamber invoices – including member dues, programs and events fees, as well as sponsorships. Registering yourself and your colleagues for Chamber events is also quick and easy.
To update your listing or explore the many options, including upgrades, that maximize your exposure, go to worcesterchamber.org and click ‘Member Login’ located on the second row of the menu bar. Members can even reset their password using the menu option.
