Recently, 517 Main Street, formerly the location of Metro PCS within Worcester’s Urban Renewal Plan was purchased by MG2 LLC who plans residential units above the retail space.
Two anchor housing locations will add 169 new units of mixed income housing to the market. They are 332 Main Street (55 units) and the former Worcester County Courthouse (117 units). Taylor, also known as Major Taylor.
